I've finally taken the leap!! Yep I've started a blog. Despite my fears of entering the blogosphere (see I'm already using embarrassing blog lingo) I have decided this might be my only hope of keeping my family and friends (if I actually tell them about this) updated enough to thwart their worries, curb their curiosity of my day to day life and give them something more attractive to look at than their email inbox. So right now I swear myself into the realm of bloggers (and bloggies?), pledging to post at least weekly in my cyber journal, and to include pictures and video tidbits. Yes I did mention video, but I repeat this is NOT a "Vlog." I hope to keep my dignity and not become the female version of Andre Nowzik.* So help me God.
*really dorky character from the hilarious sitcom "The League". In one episode he starts carrying around a Flip Cam; filming everything for his video blog. He corrects and informs everyone about the term "Vlog" and gets ridiculed endlessly like he does in every episode. At least I don't wear vests and I have straight teeth. O yeah and I'm a girl, too!
