Napkin Notes
To complement my gripping journal entries (hint: sarcasm) I'll be posting my "notes" about the foods I promise to engorge myself with while I'm traveling. For those of you who know me quite well know I have the appetite of Anthony Bourdain-I will try almost anything (now only if I could cook and write like him), I have the reputation of eating my dates under the table and over the years cooking and food has become more than just a growing interest of mine. So in order to expand my palette, educate myself and show/tell you "What Vegemite really tastes like?" I'm including Napkin Notes on my culinary campaign. Warning: It might not be pretty but I'm willing to go there for the sake of taste and the pursuit of one of my most famous phrases, "O, I think I ate too much."
